There wasn’t proactive communication with me regarding the status of my vehicle. I was the one that had to reach out to the dealership.. There was a noise that I reported that was looked at and I was told that it was probably the brake actuator, and then it would likely be covered under warranty. Nobody got back to me to let me know that it wasn’t covered under warranty and that it was not recommended that I needed to replace it. I think maybe all of this happened because I was told that Jessie got sick. And wasn’t able to come into work for a few days. I totally understand that, however, Maybe your team should look at how to handle clients/customers that could be left hanging while somebody is out of the office.

Anthony was very helpful, all staff were. The big issue for me is typically when I come in for an appointment I come in - transition out of the car with servicing is great but yesterday I waited 30 mins waiting for a rep to call my name. I started walking around and someone finally was able to locate someone to help me. Anthony was helpful and then I was taken to get a loaner car and waited another 20 minutes. So dropping off my car for servicing with an appt took over an hour to leave. The process seems too long. I will repeat everyone are always helpful, professional and kind. The time of 30 mins was especially frustrating, longer than it should be. Thank you, Lisa Dunckel ( I love my car ????)

Tyler was very professional and courteous. My only concern was I received a text at 8:30 in the morning that my car was complete and ready. I picked my car up at 11:00 and was told it had not been washed. They were very apologetic and did their best to make it right. They did a fast wash but it wasn’t a very good car wash!

I’m disappointed in the lack of communication I received regarding my car service. I called late afternoon on Monday to verify my tire warranty and was told someone would call me back. I never heard back from anyone. I called again Wednesday and got the information so had my car towed there. Once i arrived at the dealership someone checked me in but then I was told to wait for service advisor. It seemed like I waited awhile but then Jesse came to get me. I explained the problem and he said he would be back then left for awhile then completed my check in. He mentioned a loaner but I asked when the repair would be completed and he said “tomorrow” so I declined the loaner as I said I wouldn’t need it if it would be done.”tomorrow “ Wednesday. On Wednesday I did not hear anything from anyone so around 1-2 pm I called to check the status of my vehicle and was told a request would be put in and someone would get back to me. No one did…so I called again between 3-4 pm stating it was nearing closing time and wanted status but again told a request would be put in. I finally said I need to talk to someone asap and the operator said the advisor was calling me “right now” so I hung up and waited - no call. So I called back and left messsge for a manager then tried again to get service advisor. Jesse called me back around 5 pm and said,”sorry your car will not be ready today”. I told him I had a meeting early in morning and could I come get a loaner since service closed in 45 minutes and I had no time to make other arrangements. So I did but with traffic that time of day got there late. I’m not upset that my service was delayed but rather that I had to keep calling to find out status and there was no communication so I could make other arrangements.

Jesse is very difficult to get hold of. I had to call 3 times to try to find out the status of my car. I was told I could pick it up as early as 7 am on Thursday. I arrived at 11 and the paperwork was not ready and Jesse was not in the office.
