This is directed more towards the designer/manufacturer: please put water sprayers on the back window of the suvs. Also, allow the gas fueling lid to be opened from the outside when the car is unlocked with the key. Reaching inside is annoying. Additionally, program in a key tap to allow the sun roof to be opened with the key fob so the car can begin to cool down before entering it. Allow the car hatch to be kicked open even when the key is not directly behind the hatch.

When first arrived, the young man who took our information and said to go inside, and the service rider would be with us, was very polite. We waited for someone to help us.another associate, saw us standing there and asked if she could. While waiting our service rider walked past us three times before she took us to her office.

My car was returned with scratches it did not have when I dropped it off. The car was in the dealer’s possession from Saturday to Tuesday 11/22-11/26/2024. I called Jesse and emailed him pictures of the damage on 11/26. He said he would talk with the service manager and respond back. I haven’t heard from Jesse as of 12/2/2024, perhaps due to the holiday. Usually, I receive a 360 degree inspection of the car at drop off to document any existing damage. This time I did not. I wait for your response.
