Had a great experience with David! He wasn’t over pressuring, was a team player, looked out for what I wanted and made it all happen. Cheers to him! Definitely a speed bump with the finance person but it worked out. Also the “intro” to using the car was way too long- should ask if I want the 10 minute, 30 minute or 60 minute instructions. It was oddly too detailed in some ways but not detailed enough in others. Also heavy on the cologne which was rough when sitting in an enclosed car for so long. Put 1200 miles on it, drove through the snow and across the state all in a week and it’s a lovely car to drive!!!

Best service consultant we’ve worked with since owning a lexus. Wish Carlsbad lexus used car salesmen are as easy to talk to, with no judgement, and need to really understand how a customer is feeling instead of what seems to be the attitude of “they made their sale, and now onto to the next”.
