I wish that when I went i didn’t have to sit in the waiting room and then be brought back to a meeting and then sign paperwork. It’s very time consuming. When I took my previous cars to get serviced elsewhere you just drop the car, sign paperwork and you’re done.
I also can tell that the car wash is very lax. It kinda gets cleaned but definitely not as clean as if I took it to a car wash.
Everyone is very nice though
