Christian, the service representative was fine, but upon receiving my car, there was residue on the touch screen that was no there when I dropped it off and some type of residue on the dashboard that I can not get off. I take very good care of my car, and was very upset to see this. I can not get the residue off the dashboard.

No accommodation for handicapped access to the curbside and long walk to complete the paperwork. Nice person but not a clue about accommodation in walking, curb access to main building. I was struck on the paperwork island!! Toyota in Poway is much better!! Maureen L

Appt on Sat 10/12/24 @ 10:00 am (100K service & braking issue) w/Anthony Lee. At 3:01 pm my text = ready today or Mon? Reply = to update Mon 10/14/24. On Mon 10/14/24 @ 11:11 am reply = will let me know when done. No reply so at 5:55 pm my text = status of my car? Reply = short handed & working late but will call. Called @ 5:58 pm w/more service needed ($4,000), to order parts on Tue 10/15/24. Thu 10/17/24 @ 3:30 pm my text = status? Reply = big job, need car till Fri pm or Sat pm. Text Fri 10/18/24 @ 10:05 am w/car’s done. FEEDBACK = BAD communication w/status, multiple answers on when car to be finished, STAFF shortage resulted in VERY BAD service. My car is 19-1/2 yrs old AND we “just” bought a 2024 Lexus GX550 Overtrail Plus from this Escondido dealer 2 months ago. I expect excellent service going forward. Very disappointed.

I travel 90 miles round trip to have my car serviced at Lexus Escondido. There are at least three other Lexus dealers closer to my home, two of which I have used in the past, but none compare to Lexus Escondido. I have always been satisfied with the work they have done. What makes Lexus Escondido stand out is their customer service. Every employee I encounter or observe is polite, friendly, and cheerful, from the person at the check-in desk outside the service area, who gives me a bottle of water, to the service

Waited 25 minutes to pick up my car. Not cool. Jesse did not ask a diagnostic specialist to find out why my entire media system intermittently shuts down. This has happened 3-4x in 2024. I showed Jesse a photo I took of my screen. He seemed not interested.
