I was ill and unable to drive today to return the Loaner and pick up my car today and your new Service was a lifesaver for me today.

Not only did it take over 5 days to replace my windshield which I authorized not once but twice(even when I was quoted over $2000) but when my car was returned to me it wasn’t washed or vacuumed, when did you stop doing that? This is my second Lexus I have owned and I always use the dealer for all maintenance and repairs partly for how well I am treated. Thank you for letting me vent. Btw I love my windshield!

You admitted your service team made a mistake and put my tires on wrong just weeks after I had you give it a new alignment.
You claimed you were making it good by allegedly giving me "free labor".
Yet, you charged me $100 more than Costco and then asked if I wanted to pay for an alignment! I, now, get why so my friends told me Escondido Lexus's Service Department ****. I hope to never see you all again! I feel wronged, cheated, and lied too.

Wasn’t satisfied that your Service manager still has not returned my call, no matter what her reason.
Nor was I satisfied with the time frame it took for the Lexus Field representative to come see and update my car software so it was safe to drive again. It was just under two weeks my car was at the dealership, simply not acceptable .
