Driving home the tire pressure display had only horizontal lines. In the morning the cold tire pressures were 36 psi in all tires based on my hand held gauge, not 33 as typed on the bill. I reduced the pressures to 33 psi in all four tires. Mysteriously, the car’s tire pressure display worked and showed all tire at 33 psi. All ended well. My virus alert software cautioned me not to proceed to the Yokohama $70 debit card site, so I did not. Not a big deal, just odd. On the other hand, the mechanic who inspected my car did a very good job!

The follow up and status was not as I expected. When my car was checked in I was told someone would follow up with me Monday about my car. Monday came and went and no one followed up about my car. I reached out Tuesday and still had not heard anything. My husband called Wednesday and was told they wouldn’t even look at my car until Thursday. Then Thursday came and my husband called again cause we had not heard anything. Finally it came out that my transmission need replace on a vehicle with less than 2000miles on it. We were told they had ordered a new part and would be called when it came in. When it finally arrived I was informed and told they would call me on the 9th I never received a call and called them on the 10th to check in. They finally called me back and told me it was done. I was sad that the communication was spotty and there was an issue with the vehicle this early on. It makes me question the good qualities of the Lexus brand that I chose a car for.
