Lexus Escondido Auto Repair Service

I was overall satisfied with the service, everyone was nice and professional as usual :) however, this time i wasn't informed about the status of my vehicle, usually Lexus will update me on the service status and when to pick up the car. I had to call multiple times to check when I was supposed to pick up my car. I hope this could be improved for future visits. Again, thank you for providing a good quality service. Jan G

Maryann was amazingly helpful and professional. She is definitely an asset to the company. Atila was very knowledgeable about Lexus and was very helpful in explaining many of the features of the car, which enhanced my appreciation of Lexus.

Christian was proffessional , friendly and very informative every step of the way. best serviice rep we’ve had all year! we love his demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile. beyond pleased with our experience with him!!

I didn’t have an issue specifically with Mark as my service advisor but rather my whole experience there today. I have documented it in my review as shown below: “My most recent experience receiving service at Lexus Escondido has not met the standards that I have previously received here the last 7 years. I came in for a 80k mileage service that I was originally quoted $120 MORE than what I found it priced at on their own service website. After bringing this up to my service advisor, he did correct the cost. It just seems really sketchy and definitely something I will be looking out for again. I also told my service advisor I wanted to simply buy some new floor mats which turned out to be MUCH more difficult than you would think. My service advisor’s assistant was the one following up with me once the service was complete, but it wasn’t communicated that I wanted to purchase the floor mats. After having to contact parts for a second time about these mats, it finally seemed like it was settled. I was told they’d be put in my car at no additional cost and that my car was ready to pick up. After I arrived, the parts desk had not been told I would come to pay for the floor mats. After my part was finally found, I was handed a large box to take to my car. Not only did they not put the mats in my car, I also now am expected to just carry this large box through the dealership out to the service area to put in my car? As a weird side note, they also left some laminated paper and pen in my car when I picked it up. I know it doesn't seem like a huge deal, but after being a loyal customer for 7 years I held this “luxury” dealership to much higher standards. Lexus likes to pride themselves on excellent customer service, but my experience today was just a mess.“

Tony is the first associate that I’ve re-requested or remembered, even though all of your your reps are great! It could be his hair but I’m pretty sure it’s his down to Earth friendly demeanor that is his draw.

Sofia did a fine job, but my wait time for someone to help me was over 30 minutes while I saw other customers that came in after me getting helped sooner.
