I was greeted at the Service Reception by a lady who was courteously smiling, professionally dressed, and very cordial. Ms. Maryann Jaramillo is above Truly Exceptional in how she has treated me during this appointment. Observed to be proficient, she quickly understood what I needed for the 10k service and recommended that I wait for the RX 450h as the program would have everything done in less than an hour. Ms. Maryann, then, I went ahead to **** me to the awesome exquisitely furnished lounge that you have where I waited for a few. It just seemed that only after a few minutes of waiting, Maryann was explaining that the 10k service was done and what would need to happen next, as she next escorted me to close the days appointment at the next counter. This is what I am talking about! The 10k service was expeditious and speedy, and I was really treated like a guest! Because of the professionalism, courteous, and constantly smiling cordial treatment at this service I am returning soon to make my next service appointment with Ms. Maryann. She told it like it is and enhanced my feelings of being a forever customer for her doing so. Thank you Lexus, Escondido for this wonderful lady and the way she treats her customers!
