Anthony did a great job communicating. The dealership still needs some help. Because the same lady owns or did own Carlsbad and Escondido I have used Carlsbad for years but switched to Escondido in last year because so much closer to my house. Carlsbad does so much better with the loaner
m car process. One two three it’s done. Escondido it’s a long drawn out wait. After service pick up again is a 10 at Carlsbad and Escondido a 3to 4.
Yesterday at drop off was the first time anyone in driveway offered to help me with stuff in car. Carlsbad is 45 minutes one way from my house. I may have to go back there. My service advisor there was very nice and knowledgeable- and Anthony is good to work with also but the big difference is the other parts to the transaction.
