I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent visit to the dealership. To begin, I would like to commend Christian Burke for his excellent customer service. He understood that I was there specifically to have my second key fob programmed and kindly offered to skip the vehicle inspection to save time, as my car had recently been serviced. I also made it clear to both Christian and the gentleman who checked me in that I did not want my car washed due to the ceramic coating on my 2024 Lexus RX500h. They acknowledged my request and confirmed that the "Do Not Wash" sign was placed on my dashboard. The service was quick, and I was pleased with how efficiently everything was handled. However, when I returned to my car, I noticed that my personal "Do Not Wash" placard, which usually hangs from my rearview mirror, was missing. I searched the glove compartment and center console but could not find it. The placard is important to me, and its disappearance was disappointing. Initially, I considered returning to the service area to ask about it, but I felt too irritated and realized I might not be able to handle the situation professionally at that moment. I decided it was best to leave and address the issue later. While everyone was friendly and professional, the loss of my placard has left me concerned. Combined with a previous issue involving mud guards that I discussed with Robin Bosco and later with Service Manager Vanessa Ramirez-Tabor, this has made me question my choice of dealership.

I had additional questions when it came to this service. Vanessa, the service manager, was quick to help me and together we were able to come to a quick solution. I’ve been a customer for over 10yrs and my loyalty lies with Lexus of Escondido due to the amazing customer service. Thanks again for taking care of me & my vehicle.

I am very pleased with my recent service at Lexus Escondido. Anthony Lee was able to help me with my vehicle without having an appointment. I stopped by the dealership to have them check my tires pressure because the warning ?? light was on. I needed the sensors replaced Mr. Lee wrote up service ticket provided me with a loaner vehicle without any issues. I am always happy with the professional service I receive at the dealership. I’ve been going there since 2012 and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent quality service.

The organization of checking a vehicle in is orderly and paced well. Easy to get loaner and the loaners are all very nice and new.

I wasn’t called when my car was finished. I arrived to pick up my car 4 hours after I dropped it off. I was called after I checked out.

First service at this dealership so far so good
