Uninformed about services and warranty on my car. I told him there was an issue w/ my paint and I purchased the paint protection plan. He said that I needed to have the car professionally detailed before a claim could be made. That was incorrect. He said his service manager told him.
Also, every time I have brought up issues with my paint…there are problems, including service people advising there isn’t coverage. That’s wrong.
