At the time I made the service appointment, I requested a courtesy vehicle. The person I spoke with ensured that they will hold a vehicle for me. Turns out they did not reserve a Lexus vehicle for me and I had to go through the process of getting an Enterprise vehicle. It ended up costing me 2 hours of my day to drop off my Lexus vehicle, wait for an Enterprise shuttle, wait for a vehicle at Enterprise, and then finally receive a beat up sedan with half a tank of fuel.

From the time I drove up to the service center, dropped off my vehicle, was serviced by Christian, borrowed a courtesy car to the time I walked out the door, it was a five star experience. Lexus of Escondido really understands how to provide customers with top quality service… everything from welcoming greetings, efficiency, guidance, amenities while you are waiting, etc. The operations is a well oiled machine. I am definitely a raving fan of Lexus of Escondido.
