Tyler Payne provided outstanding service and I have no issues with him or the work done on my vehicle.
The issue I had was that when I called to schedule my vehicle appointment I was asked if I required a rental vehicle which I did, so I said yes. Upon arrival to my appointment I was told no rental cars were available. I had to wait about 45 minutes before being taken to Enterprise by Lexus staff where I then had to wait another 45 plus minutes to get a rental because Enterprise was short staffed that day. It’s ridiculous for a customer to have to wait over 1.5 hours to get a loaner when I scheduled an appointment ahead of time. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed by this dealership ASAP.

Maryann Jamamillo was excellent, the service department was speedy and excellent.
The process of having to get a loaner car from Enterprise was TERRIBLE!!
The uncomfortable, time consuming ride to Enterterprise, the dirty, smelly vehicle was awful, and the Enterprise employees seemed lost in the process.
If this is your new procedure, I’m going to have to take my business to Carlsbad.

Unfortunately, the service was not as I experienced previously with your dealership. Brought my car in for a scheduled service at 7:30 and requested a loaner car when I scheduled the appointment I was checked in properly and greeted by a very helpful person and directed to the waiting room. I waited for 35 minutes to talk to a service advisor. At that point in time, I approached an advisor and asked for help as I couldn’t wait any longer. He helped check in my vehicle and I went to the front desk to pick up the loaner car. I was told they were out of cars. And didn’t have a ride for me. I had to have somebody from my office come and pick me up. At approximately 1 o’clock, I texted the service advisor and asked for an update. I did not receive a response. At 2 o’clock I called for an update. I was told my vehicle hadn’t been looked at. And likely wouldn’t looked at on Friday, which is the day I brought it in. And likely would not be completed until Monday. Considering I brought this on Friday and couldn’t wait till Monday. I therefore picked up my car and took it home. I was not issued a ticket at the dealership when I retrieve the vehicle. Hopefully the information is on a record as this problem may occur down the road and would like to have any repairs covered under warranty, As the issue was
intermittent I have not had it repaired yet. I’m still considering next steps. Thank you apologize for the formatting possibly in this text as I cannot review what I’ve previously written due to the formatting of this program. Thank you again, Michael.
