The 10k service and how things were communicated with me via jesse was absolutely great and I am so happy with him. The only issue that I have which impacted the entire thing is the complementary carwash that I asked for. The car’s exterior was cleanup good, same as the interior except that the cloth used for cleaning the interior was stinky. So when I got into the car the smell was horrible. I drove home with all windows open to reduce the smell. Such a shame since everything else was done at 100%

Loaner was dirty and only had a little over 1/2 tank of gas, which is odd for your dealership.
