I brought my car in on Friday and was told that they had my tire in stock to replace, then on Saturday they said they couldn’t finish my car (also had a full detail) and it could be ready on Monday. Then on Monday my advisor was out and I had to call to get an update. Other advisor called and left a message stating my car would not be ready until Tuesday now. I called him back telling him I need my car Monday and he did not respond back. Then on Tuesday my original advisor calls and says the tire I have to replace is NOT in stock! And they have a different version available. In addition during the detail they removed my cup holder divider and did not put it back. Overall not the greatest experience and communication was lackluster.
