The first question was hard to answer. Although parts were changed the problem, which is intermittent, reccurred once. Other than remove, clean, and reinstall another part nothing else was done. I ended up paying for parts which dd not fix the problem. It wasn't m fault they R2es parts which were evidently still good. But I bought the brunt of the replacement cost. Anthony worked with me but his hands were tied. I dint blame him for the incident. I just don't like paying for parts unnecessarily.

I was experiencing a slow leak in my tire. I came in without an appointment and Jesse was great. Took me right away and as it was late in the day, set me up in a rental. He made sure that my vehicle was serviced in a timely manner. We have always been happy with this dealership and the service is above and beyond our expectations

Everyone was very nice and helpful.
I was told I would be waiting for an oil change for 1 to 2 hours, but I ended waiting for almost 3 1/2 hours. I just wish they would have told me that I would be waiting that long.

We have nothing but amazing and wonderful things to say about Anthony Lee. I started bringing my GX to Lexus Escondido since 2016 and would not make the mistake of going to another dealership because of people like Anthony Lee. He’s the true definition of a professional, courteous, listens attentively, reliable, knowledgeable and respectful.
