Frankly it is so shocking how disorganized your service department is. Last time I had the exact same experience. When I make an appointment to drop my car off I expect to have that time honored. Last time it took me 30 minutes to get a service advisor, this time 15. There seem to be a lot of people working there but nothing seems to run smoothly. My previous experience and this one also, I pay ( 3 people behind that counter) I said last time I had to wait a long time for my car, can you please make sure I can get it now.........Still had to wait, sat in my car waiting for the keys, got out , went back in and asked them again to please get my keys. It really is quite absurd and I would be so embarrassed to own a business that functioned this way. I think I will try Lexus Escondido next time. I go to Vavoline for my oil /filter changes, I am in and out of there in a shorter time then it takes for me to drop off my car at Lexus Carlsbad. I do appreciate the car wash however and the loaner.
