I was called and told my car was ready but it wasn’t. I waited 20 minutes because it was being washed. Why don’t you call and say it’s ready AFTER it’s washed. I finally told them just bring the car up washed, half washed, or not washed. I had to get back to the office.

For 4 of 5 tire pressure sensors to fail on all tires that were replaced last week at your dealership is quite the "coincidence". The $1K+ sensor repair cost would have been considerably less had it been performed when the tires were replaced.
