I appreciate that Blanca had to order parts for my brakes as well as the tires and kept me informed that Ashley would be taking over on Thursday ( Blancas day off). I tried to speak with Ashley and left 2 messages for her to update me on the status of my car, however she did not respond. Thankfully Alex did call me to let me know that car was ready. Even though it was Blancas day off she still messaged me to update me on my car. In the future I would like to continue working with Blanca as she is attentive and communicative.

Poor communication - never answered my emails. Did not fulfill my request for the used part in question. May have "up sold" me. I wanted an oil change & overall check of car.
