Myself and my husband thought the charges for labor were out of line. Blanca called me last night before closing to approve the work to be done. She called me again late morning today to state my car was ready. When I went to pick it up I saw the labor charges were close to $800. My car couldn’t have been worked on more than 3-4 hours. We’ve always been satisfied with the service at Lexus, and have felt the service was honest there; however, both my husband and I are now disappointed in what Lexus service charges for the time put into their work.

He didn’t say he’d be off the day I picked up. It states in my service order that I had asked to speak to a service rep when I picked up. No on was there to answer my questions. Lexus is no longer a flagship service center. Ty. Owner since 2013; also owned a 2003 250.
