We had asked for an early oil change and a tire rotation since the tires were at 38-39 lbs from the showroom which seemed too high based upon the recommended pressure. GX460 2023. We were told this would be a 5000 mile check with an oil change. We have 3700 miles and we’re taking a long drive which would take us over 5000. The next day when we brought the car in we were told we would have to get a 10000 warranty check because it includes an oil change? We asked that the service department NOT wash the car and they did wash the car ????Not thrilled.
