Bernardo was very professional, kept me informed in a timely manner, and was able to give me an accurate timeline for the completion of the service. We also was able to discuss some technical issues with Julian Jones who was able to clear up some issues and confusion we had. It was a great overall experience.

My steering wheel is still crooked to the right after the technician said he centered it. I’m not sure what to do now.
