It took 8 hours to complete my service but my car was still not washed. I also have to make another trip to have tires replaced. Usually this can be done on the same service call.

To be completely honest I was very disappointed with the service as I had to go back and forth with Thomas just trying to get the pricing correct that was discussed and agreeded on. He did end up making it right, however I didn't appreciate having to go round and round to get it right. Which makes me lose trust and credibility with Lexus.
