Bianca was an amazing, helpful, and communicative associate to work with. I enjoyed how thurough she was and made sure I was aware of everything happening for the service of my vehicle. My only request is to make it so when the customer is texted that their vehicle is ready for pick up and the customer has finished paying for their services that ALL the services be completed and the car is ready for pick up. I was checked out and assured my car was ready for pick up so I go to valet and it took them 15 minutes and 2 workers to locate my car and then proceeded to tell me it was not ready it is going to be washed. The first worker had walked away from helping me locate my car and helped another customer which resulted in me getting another member of the valet team to help me. I was not the only customer this happened to today as well. The service team tried to return a car to a customer without completing the wash they had asked for as well. So that couple waited another 20 minutes as well for their vehicle. I hope this can help you guys make improvements to the communication on your service and valet team.
