I am satisfied the the smudge removal just disappointed they did not do a car wash. I know Blanca had entered it on the request form. But David Carrillo was my sales guy and he told me to come back another day for a wash.

I made an appointment at 7:15 am. I was told by Bernardo that my car would be done at the end of the day. I was not given an option, nor was I given a preference of time. On my paperwork, it was noted that my car would be done by 4:00 pm. At 3:00 pm, I hadn’t heard anything so I called Bernardo directly. He stated that my car was being worked on and asked if he could call me back because he couldn’t get ahold of someone. He never called back. At 4:00 pm I drove to the service department. On my way there, I received a call stating that my service was complete and that I needed new wipers for $57. I declined the wipers. Once at the cashier, my paperwork was not ready. I had to wait for Bernardo to finish. The cashier had to notify him that I was there and told me wait in the waiting area. Then, she came to get me to pay and called for my car. She told me to wait outside for my car. I waited for 15 minutes. Finally, someone approached me and asked if I was waiting for my car. He asked for my paperwork then walked away. I waited for about 10 more minutes, then another individual approached me. I gave him my paperwork and he told me that my car was just about to be washed; it would be 15 more minutes. I was livid, why didn’t anyone tell me that it still needed to be washed? He told me that I could wait inside, so I did. Finally, after 10 minutes of waiting inside someone came to tell me that my car was ready. Finally. This was the most frustrating and disorganized service that I’ve ever had. I know that my car was pushed to the back of the daily service schedule, so what was the point of making my appointment? There was a total lack of communication and disregard for my time. I was completely disappointed in this experience and begrudgingly paid the $170 to get the hell out of there. I hope that someone actually reads this and reaches out to make this right. What a complete joke of Lexus service.

I took my car in on Tuesday for very minor service and didn’t get it back until Thursday. I find this very unacceptable. I don’t know if you don’t have enough mechanics to take care of business, but I would have been happy to bring my car in another day. I am very disappointed. I will say I have no qualms with Abby. She did her job as was expected. I have been with Lexus for over 20 years and have never had to leave my car for that length of time.
