Bernardo is great. He follows up with regular texts and phone calls relating status of my cars progress/situation. He’s easy to work with, he’s very friendly and has a great demeanor. He likes to personalize the visit, asks how I’ve been, remembers info about my family and asks how they are doing.
I don’t like having to bring my car in, but when I do….I ask for Bernardo!
