This was my first service experience with Blanca. She was was very professional in e playing all aspects of my service. She was personable and when I mentioned that my husband needed his car back by tomorrow, she said she would do her best. She contacted me after the service was complete to explain what the results were and she was able to get our service complete sonnet than promised. I will be asking for Blanca to be my service advisor for all future services with our Lexus.
