Upon arrival, I was told to wait in the waiting area. He would meet me there in 5 min. After 25 min. I had to look for him. He didn’t know about my service. He apologized and offered me a free car wash. It seemed that everyone was very unorganized.

Kim was GREAT!!! Everything was going OK until I picked up my car. I keep a very clean car inside, so I know I brought in a very clean car inside. When I opened the driver's side door, there were black splatters under the dash, on the side of the console, door handle, there was a black , maybe oil, spot on the carpet floor, smudges on console and also dirt tracks on the entrance 'step up' into car. Needless to say, I was not happy. How can they do that with no regard to treating the customer's car with more care in the inside? At least have the courtesy to clean it up before returning it to the customer. I still have a spot on the carpet I need to clean myself. Kim was nice enough to come and re-check the car with me after the cleanup. Thank you.

Blanca’s communication during the process was very helpful. But, Ashley, the service manager was exceptional in her listening skills and resolving all issues that occurred with the service I received. Their reputation exceeds my expectation and have received “over and above” amazing customer service each time I have brought my vehicle in. It was texted to me that my car was ready but upon pick up and after paying for the service, when the valet pulled up my car I noticed it was NOT washed. The valet stated it was next in line to be washed but the guys who do that left at 5 pm and I could come back tomorrow and request my car to be washed. If it was not complete then why was a text sent stating it was???
I spoke with Kimberly and she offered to discount but it is not about the discount it’s about proper guest service that Lexus prides itself yet failed !!!!
I do want to state that Kimberly was amazing.

I was never contacted by my advisor that my car was ready. I dropped off my car Monday at 12:45, was told the service department was running a day behind, which is fine since I was provided a loaner. Tuesday evening came around and I was assuming I would get a call by that evening that my car would take another day or so but I did not receive any communication. The only communication I got was a text message at 3:00 (on Monday) that was my car was in good hands and that I would be notified when it was ready. The message also said that I could text back to thy number if I had any questions. Since I didn’t get any communication on Tuesday, I thought for sure by Wednesday morning I would receive some type of status. I never got a text back after I texted the number that was provided so I decided to call around 11:00 am. At that time I was told that my service advisor was off today but that my car was ready. Again, it’s not a big deal, that it took a few days (the car was in for a regular 70k maintenance and a tire alignment), as long as I get some type of communication about what’s going on.

The timing promised was missed and there was a lack of communication. Further, I feel I may have been pressured into additional service that may have not been necessary. overall, I have been happy with Lexus Carlsbad, but this service was not up to those standards
