I was truthfully less than impressed with my car detail. The interior was generally OK, but I still found dust in small crevices that I would have expected to be completely removed. I also asked multiple times to have some white spots removed from my windows, and they still remained despite two visits to Lexus. . I will remove the remainder myself. I wouldn’t say that this was a bad job, it was “good.” But not good enough for $275.00 in my opinion. I will get my car detailed elsewhere next time.

I have owed/leased my last seven automobiles, all Toyotas and one Lexus. I have put lower than average mileage on them all. I have loved them all, especially the free service guarantee which came with the Toyotas. Imagine my surprise when I brought the Lexus in for service (5700 miles on a 2020 ES 350) and found out that I had exceeded my 12-month service limit, and I had to pay an outrageous $440 +/-. I left to have the oil changed elsewhere. Automobile prices are high enough without the service costs. I will NOT purchase nor lease another Lexus. If I find the service or warrantee to be as limiting with the Toyota line then I will not be doing business with any of your products.
