Pretty close. Disappointed regarding the price & labor to fix the molding around the driver’s considering all the money I spent. It would have been nice to have gotten a break. I will say the detailing work was top rate. I was very impressed with the hard work it took to get looking brand new! Please let them know that that I appreciated the hard work and I will absolutely tell everyone I talk to about the superb result.

I called the manager multiple times to voice my concerns w Ryan. At time of drop off the attendants made a very simple error identifying a vehicle model correctly. Ryan proceeded to belittle them in front of all the customers “you guys can’t do anything right”. I was hugely offended as 1) this was a simple mistake, and 2) publicly humiliating teammates is never an appropriate response.
