I waited around for my car to be ready and when I came back it was even started. I took the loner for the weekend and then was told Monday they would deliver it to me when I got a call that someone was sick if they could bring it Tuesday. I only needed an oil change and tire rotation and it was a lot to get my car back. I was supposed to have a car wash and my car still looks dirty. Never again.

For whatever reason my name was erased out of system and everything was under my husband’s name. Hadn’t been in last 7 yrs!! I told my Rep Ashley to NOT contact my husband ( he was traveling oversees) for anything and have me back in system for MY car. My husband constantly received texts that he would forward me hrs later!! I only received 1 call from Ashley asking me if I wanted to have my tires aligned
When I picked up my car and paid I was told someone would bring it along and I should wait in lounge. After about 10 minutes I noticed several cars just sitting there and went outside to see if 1 would be mine. It was! No one let me know and key was just sitting in car. I drove off and no one ever checked to see if I was rightful owner??? Anyone could have just grabbed a car!!!! Since I had a loaner, Ashley asked me if I could leave my car for maintenance a day longer as they were super busy. I said that’s fine but then my husband received texts and VMs saying I need to call and let Lexus know I want to keep car additional day or I would be charged $99??? Unbelievable
