When I got home, I gave Abby a call and she has not called me back. I felt very aggravated when I got home I need to talk to her about my invoice and a little minor thing with my tire. I also needed to find out if my tires are rotated since it was not notated on the invoice. I would’ve appreciated a call back.

Ryan did a good job of communicating and keeping me informed of when a part needed ordering causing a delay in work completion. I had a loaner vehicle and Ryan said not to worry and apologized for the delay.
The complimentary interior came out well and is most appreciated, but the engine compartment detail was extremely disappointing. Still lots of dirt, heavy oily substance left behind that will only rapidly collect dust & dirt. Plus whatever chemical that was used to clean the engine compartment caused discoloration of the acrylic headlight assembly. Lastly, I paid for a new battery due to a leaky battery stem, however whoever installed the battery put the new one in without cleaning off the battery acid from the battery clamp. I did not notice the under hood issues until this evening but plan on calling Ryan in the morning express my disappointment.
