I am completely satisfied with Christopher Dressler, all of the other employees I encountered during my visit, and the condition of my car when I picked it up. However, I left a valuable in the loaner car and started calling the dealership at 5:30 pm. I got disconnected 6 times, and on the seventh, I kept getting a hold message that said I "was the next caller and someone would be with me momentarily". 45 minutes later, I hung up. This is not the first time I have been unable to get through to someone by phone at this dealership. In my opinion, it is very poor service, especially for a company in the service industry, to not have a working phone system. Thank you for the opportunity to provide my feedback.
