Kimberly is great. I’ll ask for her every time. The only thing that could have been improved is that the service, basically an oil change and a safety inspection, took several hours, and I had to wait for my car about 30 minutes after service was completed.

Chris Dressler is a great service consultant , he explains everything that is going to be taken care of , he’s knowledgeable and professional and just a great guy, he keeps you posted on what’s happening and when you will get your car back! Lexus Carlsbad is the absolutely the best service department ever, I’ve dealt with many service departments and they don’t even come close!

Just that after the service performed at 18k miles, the remote key all of a sudden did not function when locking the vehicle. Audrey attended to me and Chris Dressler has given me outstanding service. My disappointment is not due to Chris but the service Sept due to the surprise malfunction described above, which was not there when I brought the vehicle in
