Ashley was great. But my car was damaged in the previous service 4 days ago. They did not tighten the oil gasket. I discovered a massive oil leak in my garage. I was going on a trip with my wife and friends. The oil spill could have been a disaster including damaging the engine and starting a fire that could kill us.

I requested that my vehicle was to be hand washed and my vehicle was not washed at all. Their excuse to me was because I had a small crack on my window and that they didn’t want to run it through the machine because they did not want to make the crack bigger, but I specifically said I wanted my vehicle to be hand washed in the first place, not ran through the machine, so I received my vehicle back dirty.

Blanca was awesome. However I was not impressed by the overall service. There was no explanation for all the warning lights and the person who told me my car was ready when it wasn’t. Blanca did everything she could to apologize and make it right. The latte machine wasn’t working. The red leather couch was all cracked. Definitely not a luxury brand vibe. Lastly, I loved the young woman at the loaner desk. She was very efficient and had a great personality.
