My service advisor, Abagail, let me know that another sensor might need to be fixed at some point. She did NOT let me know that there were issues with any of my tires. At 5 pm on Sat, several hours after I left Lexus, I was driving on the 805 and one of my tires went all the way to 0 in real time. It was very scary as there was a lot of traffic. Fortunately, the sensor was working and a roadside assistance person miraculously saw me and fixed my tire. Today, I went to Firestone to replace the tires and they let me know that I should have been told that the tires were basically bald and this is why I am bringing this to your attention. I have let Kim Porter and Rick Torres know as well as I would have preferred to replace the tires at the dealership rather than be put in that situation. To me, this was poor service.
