chris was fantastic; only one small thing. my wife had asked "someone" about a body estimate and so was confused why none was offered in the report. chris quickly responded to a vm and told me they do not do body repair. problem resolved.

My car died on Sunday 12/31/22. I was stranded in rainy weather. Called AAA car cannot get started. Another call to AAA for towing to Lexus—Lexus closed. Tow truck driver attempted to start car several times. He used a long steel bar to jiggle the engine? not sure where and the car started. He said I could drive car but do not turn it off-I can go home. If towed I had to go with him with the car to Lexus and leave car there then I have to find a way home. He said it’s the starter that is the problem. I chose to drive home. Now I’m going to have to call AAA again to tow it to Lexus. I don’t know when that’s going to get done as my husband had surgery and now in a nursing facility which requires me to be there for appointments, etc etc. I just hope that I can get reimbursed for the recent job that didn’t fix the car.

I have had Chris before and he never returned my call in 2020. I had hoped to never see him again at lexus but I did today! When I told him I was unhappy with his past performance, he shrugged his shoulders. Absolutely unacceptable at a lexus dealership. Maybe I’m spoiled from my dealership in Northern VA where I purchased 3 previous vehicles. I look forward to taking my business to Orange County. Absolutely unacceptable service center at Carlsbad.
