I was told in order to duplicate failure the car needed to stay longer in the shop, indicating the failure didn’t happen after resetting.
When I picked the car at the shop the error was on the control panel. I understand lack of enough time in your hands due to my traveling but I was expecting a deeper diagnosis before I take my car to a local dealer service center.
The staff were very polite!!

Ashley and all your staff are always wonderful. I am only disappointed in that the very problem that I was trying to avoid (being stranded due to a faulty battery) happened anyway. I had the same issue with my previous Lexus, I was told to replace the battery "soon" because it was past its expected life only to have problems that I never had occur after the replacement. Within a weeks of the installation i was stranded on the highway. The same thing happened with my current lexus. I was advised to change the battery, when I wasn't having any issues, only to be left stranded again after changing it out. Eventually, the new battery on my first lexus affected my alternator somehow. I hope that doesn't happen again with my current lexus.
