Ashley was superb — absolutely efficient in our greeting and initial review and instructions. But just as important she made me feel welcome and valued.
Then she trumped all that by delivery of my car earlier than promised.
That kind of utter professionalism in customer relations is incredibly valuable. Her performance makes me look forward to returning for next service.
