Parts were delayed so I needed a loaner, Kimberly kept me updated throughout the entire process. Parts are still delayed so Kim expedited the return of the loaner so I could have my car until the parts come in.

The service provided was great and so was the loaner car. I was very happy until the pitch to up-sell multiple other services (like fuel injector cleaning) that had a bit of a scary story but after research were mostly uncovered as revenue generators. I appreciate we all need to make a fair profit & generate revenue but at the expense of customers is shameful. The only way companies listen is when the efforts come back as loss of revenue. The lifetime value of this customer has gone to zero as I’ve lost trust with Lexus and not only will I not have my service done at Lexus, I may decide that my next car will be from a different manufacturer. I’m sorry your supply chain is reducing your revenue, welcome to the world we all live in. Gouging customers while they already face inflationary impacts on necessities is shameful. Best of luck.
