First the good, I appreciated the car being washed after the service and the loaner while they figured out what was creaking in my trunk. However in my 40 years of car ownership I have never had such a disorganized service appointment. There appears to be a lot of service providers around but no one to actually help you, took over 20 minutes to get my car checked in. Incredible hot in San Diego , sitting in my hot car. Not one person seemed to feel this was unusual, no apologies, no accountability, more it is what it is. In the past I have picked up my car and had to wait for someone to give me the keys while the car was right in front of me. Seems there are a lot of cooks in the kitchen but no one is getting the dinner done.

We’re genuine. Love there professionalism and also making me feel like family with my purchase Lexus . and with all of your staff was completely amazing very professional however one disappointment was today when I picked up my car after it was tinted there was fingerprints and the car on the outside , some dripping of some kind of stuff I don’t know however it was more dirty when I got the car back and then when I dropped it off .
I was very pleased with Daniel in service , he went above & beyond for me & all my questions. the tint and with the purchase and all the customer service otherwise then my brand new IS350 was very dirty after I picked it up . so that really bothered me . Disappointed. How had mentioned it
To the staff , However no one stepped up
To resolve the situation.

Bernardo was great… Took care of business… I did get a loaner car… The car was slightly under full tank of gas… I drove very little… Put in a little gas in the car… When I returned it I was a hair below the amount of gas I had this morning…
This afternoon I was charged to fill up the rest of the tank because it was more than ur gallon charge. I know that compared to what I’m paying to lease this car with all the craziness in the world… It’s a spit in the bucket… But, in over 35 years I’ve never been charged when I’ve taken a loaner car…I respect the policy but this is annoying because the tank was not full when I received it.

I have a huge scratch on my back of my car. Before o dropped it off it didn’t now have it. If you look at photo they took when I dropped it I off you would see it didn’t have a scratch. My husband picked up my car because the lack of communication on when my car would be ready I could make it in time. He doesn’t drive my car so when I got home o noticed it immediately and reached out to you guys.
