Ashley was great! I went to Autozone and they told me my battery was OK and that my alternator was faulty. Took my car in and Ashley took the time to listen to the work I’ve done. Despite this, she requested that the mechanics check out both my battery and alternator. We figured out it was a bad battery. Very happy with a proper inspection and diagnosis of issue.

The only complaint I have is that every time I bring a car in for service I always get a call trying to upsell me on additional services. I just want the agreed upon services to be performed correctly. This has been going on a long time and has me considering another dealership for service.

I ended up leaving without the service. I was supposed to get a loaner, but I had the wrong insurance card. I assured them my coverage w AAA was fine - as I am a Toyota/Lexus financial lessee and long time Lexus customer. I was trying to call AAA or get something sent to my phone, but was running short on time due to work. So I asked the kid at the loaner desk if I could send him my card as soon as I received it and go so I could get to my meeting in 15 minutes. He said no and he could call for a shuttle for me. I was appalled and told him I needed a car so would just take mine and go. He said ok. So, I left. After I left, I spoke w Jorge, a manager who told me that was the policy and it wasn’t an option to allow me to send my info over. I said fine. Then I got a call from Leslie who is another manager who said no, in fact “they do it all the time” meaning allow clients to send over updated information. It was an extremely stressful and frustrating way to start my day, and a waste of nearly an hour of my time in a busy work morning. I am extremely disappointed with this Lexus branch. I was even thinking I would visit the sales team in the afternoon when I picked up my car as my lease is ending in September and I wanted to see what they had. But of course that never happened and now I will shop around at BMW, Audi, and Infiniti.

Ashley was wonderful. However there was a lack of unsuccessful communication between the mean at check in and service consultant resulting in a wait of about 30 minutes between arrivals and being in Ashley's office. Maintenance notifications on vehicle were not reset.
