I paid on line to expedite the process for when I picked up the car. Unfortunately, there was only one cashier when I came to get my car (even though I had texted the service person noting that I would be there in 20 minutes) and the cashier was involved with another customer so I waited 10-15 minutes. I would recommend you work out the kinks in your process if you’re going to send people their invoices by email and ask for payment on line so it doesn’t take long for the pick up. Otherwise, all was great and Ryan was very helpful.
