My car fuel gauge radial dial settings were not retained and was unable to open the back hatch door after being serviced and picking up the vehicle. Fortunately, Ashley was able to walk me through to fix the back hatch door issue. Disappointed with this car service and recommend management take corrective actions to retain customer gauge settings or at least make customer aware the settings will not be retained.
