1. Bernardo never updated me on the status of my car on Thursday even as I dropped off my car in the morning. I found out when I checked on my car on Friday that he was out that day yet he somehow failed to tell me day before.
2. He and I discussed that the rotors would probably have to be turned based on the brake pulsations and that the fix would cost about 300+ including new pads and that it would be fixed by Friday. However, when I talked to Alex, the price became 800+!! and won’t be fixed until Monday.
3. This is actually the first time I had a bad experience with your service people in the last 13 years or so that I had been bringing my cars for service. John Castillo always treated me well. Too bad he retired.
