I think 1.5 days for a tune up seems too long. Also, when I picked it up it still had all the protective paper, plastic and work number on the mirror and no key.i had waited several minutes from the time I processed the paperwork and the car should have been ready to go.

Was not communicative. Don’t call to tell me my car was ready and he didn’t tell me about my Lexus points. When I asked, He tried to brush them off by stating they weren’t available until the next service. He did go back and got my points for payment on this service
