Service was performed on time and everyone involved, from check in, to service advisor, to the loaner car coordinator and cashier were all helpful and efficient. The only disappointment is that the cost of the service seemed high for what was quoted and performed.

Overall, your service is really good. Two issues. The big one: we were encouraged to get the tow hitch for our NX350h now because you had a fix where the kick sensor could be moved to still work and accommodate the hitch. Once you had the vehicle, you told us the harness wasn't compatible with the car. This should have been known and told to us up front. It may have affected our decision to proceed. The smaller issue: you kept calling me with questions/updates (Kevin), even though my wife (Amy) was identified as the contact person for this service. Would be great if the team could follow our contact wishes.

Overall communication was subpar. I initiated all phone calls to get status updates. A estimate of when my car would be finished was never provided and seemingly could not be answered. Jessica Trasvina saved the day by providing excellent customer service and follow up. Without Jessica it would have been an absolutely poor experience.
