Upon my car being returned to me. I was informed that water had gotten inside my car during the courtesy car wash. At first I saw it on the floor, I thought it was only on the floor, so I said it was okay. But once I left the dealership, I realized my seats were damp. Also, I think it's absurd that you guys ask for people to return your loan service cars with a full tinker gas, because when my car was returned to me, I had a quarter of a tinkle left. The least they could have did was fill up my gas tank since water had gotten my car. Overall, since I'd bought the car within the past month. I've just been about 60% disappointed with this Lexus dealerdhip and my experience. I don't plan on recommending it to anybody.
