This was the worst communication I have ever experienced from Lexus. I was told it would be a two hour service by the call center team. I then dropped it off at 11 AM on Wednesday, and got no call the rest of the day. After trying unsuccessfully to reach the service team, I actually went to go get my car, and was told it wasn’t even close to ready. I was told by the manager I would surely get a call the following morning with an ETA for the completion of the car. I did not get a call the entire day and called five minutes before closing to Rick ask about status. I was told, yet again, that the car was not done, and I asked why a phone call to me was never made. There was no response to this question. I do have my car as of 11 AM on Friday, but will unfortunately remember this as my worst experience ever with Lexus.
